The purpose of project
organization is to define the roles and responsibilities of the project team as
well as the steering committee to deliver the end results of the project. The
steering committee organization represents business and technical interest of
the project; authorize costs, time scale and scope within which the project
manager can operate; and also to resolve conflicts that extend beyond the
project manager's control.
Following diagrams described
the steering committee organization and project team organization that
successfully delivered the phase 1 (establishment phase) of the DBDP project.
